How fast is delivery?+
Most orders are delivered within 5-15 minutes of payment confirmation. You receive your code or activation details by email and/or WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?+
eSewa, Khalti and QR Scan. No international credit card is needed, pay the way you already do in Nepal.
Do you need my password?+
No. For most subscriptions you activate on your own account via a redemption link you click yourself. We never ask for your password or log into your account.
Are these genuine / authentic?+
Yes. We provide 100% genuine access and licences, sourced directly, no workarounds or unofficial methods.
Is this a shared account?+
It depends on the plan. Many products are activated on your own private account; some are explicitly sold as shared. The product page states which one you're buying.
What if something goes wrong?+
Reach us on WhatsApp or via the Contact page. All sales are final and non-refundable, but if a delivered product doesn't work we provide a free replacement, see our No-Refund & Replacement policy. We sort valid issues out fast.
